Evil and Dumb, How Do We Spell The Name?

‪ Trump is so dumb he thinks the game is still making deals and making money (which he actually never could do.) So he joins Russia to shakedown Ukraine - Russia gets control and USA (and prob Trump privately) get rare earths. And he expects to be celebrated for a Mafia play. He thinks it's all money. ‪ We don't say "evil" much anymore; we clean it up with the more clinical "sociopathic." Which is fine, except I'd add also "psychopathic."
